Frequently Asked Questions
What if I have rusty flashings or roof vents?
Before we supply a final Estimate we will complete an in-person inspection where we will determine the current state of your roof and all associated hardware. If we find excessive deterioration, we will budget for replacements. Minorly corroded surfaces will be prepped accordingly. Polyurea will take the shape of all existing hardware. Even if the hardware deteriorates in the future, polyurea will maintain its shape allowing continuous function.

How do you offer preliminary Estimates?
